How do I make return?
- 1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- 2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
- 3. We will send you more information once your request has been approved by us.
What items are returnable?
You can return item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order:
- 1. The item(s) for return/exchange must be unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.
- 2. We cannot process returns if the problem is a manufacturing issue, for example, goods spoilt before the stated expiry date.
- 3. We will only process Refunds, Store Credit or Cancellations once we have retrieved the problematic item(s) from you.
- 4. We do not accept multiple refunds for the same order. We can only offer Store Credit after the 1st return for the same order is approved.
We can only offer an exchange or store credit for item(s) bought on sale or a promotional campaign.
Are there any charges for return?
- 1. There are no additional charges for any returns.
- 2. Original Delivery Fee charges are non-refundable. Therefore, any refund will have the Delivery Fee deducted.
How soon will I get my refund?
- 1. We treat any return as a new order therefore it may take up to 72 hours to resolve completely.
- 2. Once we have retrieved and inspected the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
- 3. If you are approved for a refund, we will process within 10 business days.
