  1. Find your item using the dropdown menus
  2. Add the quantity you want using the + or - signs.
  3. Then select the "Add to Cart" button.
  4. You can then happily continue shopping or view your cart to see all the items you've added.
  5. Once you're done shopping, select "Checkout" in your cart if you're happy with your order & want to pay.
See? Easy peasy! All that's left for you to do is sit back and let us do all the work!

Delivery Charges

  • We charge a flat rate of R75,00 for all deliveries within our Delivery Zone.
  • If your order exceeds R 750,00 delivery will be FREE.

Delivery charges will automatically be added to your order during checkout. Make sure to check the 'Free Shipping' option when presented during checkout.

When can I expect my order?

We currently offer a deferred (delayed) delivery service. This means that  an order placed today will be delivered delivered the NEXT DAY (within 24 Hours) Monday to Saturday.

This is to make sure we find absolutely everything that you have ordered with no substitutes. Empty shelves mean nothing to us, we will search high & low for the essentials you need!

What Time Can I expect my delivery?

During checkout, you'll be able to choose the Time Slot that is most convenient to receive your order.

The Time Slots are as follows:

TIMES SLOTS - MON TO FRIDAY

MORNING

10:00 – 13:00

AFTERNOON

14:00 – 17:00

EVENING

18:00 – 21:00

 

TIMES SLOTS - SATURDAYS

MORNING

10:00 – 14:00

AFTERNOON

15:00 – 18:00

Where do we deliver to?

We are able to deliver to any residential or business address as long as it falls within our Delivery Zone.

Please read our detailed Delivery Policy We deliver within Polokwane city excluding:

  1. Westenburg
  2. Seshego
  3. Dalmada

If your address falls outside the Delivery Zone, contact us with the address and we will try to accommodate this order at a custom rate.

We are always looking to expand our Delivery Zone provided that enough demand for deliveries in an area exists, so please make sure to tell us which Suburbs to include in our Delivery Zone next.

When don't we deliver?

  • No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered on a Monday instead of Sunday.
  • If an order falls on a public holiday, the you can choose to have it delivered either the day before or the day after the public holiday.

Returns – One or more order items are unsatisfactory or no longer wanted, but this can't be all the items in your order.

Cancellations - Your entire order is unsatisfactory & you no longer want all of the items you ordered.

Any resolutions will only go into effect when:

  1. We have retrieved the return item(s) or cancelled order from you,
  2. The conditions to make a return & cancellation have been met and
  3. The return or cancellation has been approved by us.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds may take up to 72 hours to reflect into your account depending on the bank you use.

  • Your Delivery Fee (if any) & Tips are non-refundable. Therefore, your refund amount will be:
    • Your Order Amount – (Delivery Fee + Tips) = Refund.

Store Credit (Gift Cards)

We will be happy to offer you Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card to use within our store for any returns or cancelled orders.

Once approved, we will send you an email including a link to your Gift Card code with the amount of credit awarded to you. To redeem the value of your Store Credit, enter the unique Gift Card code received via the email link at checkout.

  • Your Delivery Fee (if any) & Tips are non-refundable. Therefore, your credit amount will be:
    • Your Order Amount – (Delivery Fee + Tips) = Refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any unsatisfactory item for a new one.

We will exchange items for the same item initially bought i.e. like-for-like items that are the same size and brand.

Conditions to be met before a Return or Cancellation

  1. The return/cancellation must be started within one (1) week of receiving your order. To be safe, make sure you start your returns claim as soon as you notice a problem.
  2. The returned items must be unused, in good condition and in its original packaging.
  3. We cannot process returns if the problem is a manufacturing issue, for example, goods spoilt before the stated expiry date.
  4. We cannot process refunds if the products are:
    1. Items bought on sale or a promotional campaign.
      • In this case, we can offer an exchange or store credit.
    2. We do not process multiple refunds for the same order i.e. if we process one refund, we can’t process another refund for the same order (even if it’s within the one week deadline).
      1. If you find further unsatisfactory item(s), we can offer Store Credit or Exchanges (subject to all conditions) to resolve the issue.
    3. We will only process Returns, Store Credit or Exchanges once we have retrieved the problem item from you.
